From November 26 to 29, 2009 in the international exhibition complex CROCUS OF EXPOS was successfully held the spring exhibition “Property Worldwide - 2009”. Among the participants were presented more than 150 companies from the entire world, occupied in the sector of habitable and commercial real estate, construction business, investment and financial activity. This innovative exhibition project is already held for the third time with the support of guardian council headed by a deputy minister of regional development of the Russian Federation Kruglik S. I., who sent the salutatory letter, red during the opening ceremony.

Thanks to the professionally organized advertisement, which covered more than 50 media-resources, for five days the exhibition visited about fifteen thousand people. Moreover the audience of visitors was direct and concrete: people came for the real buisness, all interested privilege proposals on the purchase of real estate presented on all without the exception stands of the participant companies from more than 35 countries. One of the basic purposes of the “Property Worldwide” organizational committee - the creation of favorable conditions for the mutual integration of all components of the real estate global market, an increase in the competitive ability of Russian market as the center of business and investment activity.

Since 2007, when this project was conducted for the first time, in the exhibition participate the most important representatives of the European market for real estate as the holding “Runiga”, “Investment Project Costa”, “Pafilia”, “NDV” etc. The exposure of exhibition continues to increase potential due to the participation of new companies.

The main and inherent attribute of exhibition “Property Worldwide” became its effectiveness: a large quantity of contacts and transactions, concluded by the leading companies. There was no company left the exhibition without reaching a real result.

This year, due to the great interest in the exhibition from the side of participants and visitors, organizational committee decided to enlarge the framework of project and to carry it out twice per year: in spring and in autumn.

In next year autumnal exhibition “Properry Worldwide” will pass from April 9 to 11 in “Crocus Expo”. We invite all concerned parties to the collaboration.
