The official opening of the exhibition catalogue will be published, where will be posted a brief description (up to 50 words, not counting the addresses, telephone, fax, e-mail). Information on the Exhibitor’s activities to be presented to the Direction prior to March 15 2008г., printed in Russian and English.
In case of the above information no presented in time, Direction places in the official catalogue only the Organization name.
On the Exhibitor’s request, Direction can make a Russian translation of information on the Exhibitor into English. The cost of 100-EURO.
Exhibitor is entitled to receive a copy of the official exhibition catalogue free. Additional copies are paid. Exhibition Catalogue to be obtained at the exhibition.
On the Exhibitor’s request and at its expense in the official exhibition catalogue can be placed company advertising and logo.
Direction is not responsible for errors and omissions in the original, presented and submitted by the Exhibitor for publication in the catalogue.
