General Conditions

The Organizing Committee of the “Property Worldwide” Exhibition through the
Executive Director of " International Law Firm "Vindex" on the basis
of article 426 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is now a public
contract, which defines the conditions for participation in the
"Property Worldwide" Exhibition

1. This treaty defines the public and governs the relationship between the firm "International Law Firm Vindex", hereinafter called Directorate, and participants in the exhibition, hereafter referred to as Exponents, in part quality and timely implementation of mutual obligations for the participants in the international exhibition-forum" Property Worldwide ".

2. "Property Worldwide" Exhibition will be held on the territory of International Exhibition Centre "Crocus Expo", located at: 65-66 km MKAD, Trade and exhibition complex, building № 2, pavilion № 1, halls № № 1, 2, 3, 4.

3. The total period of the "Property Worldwide" Exhibition: from April 19 to April 27, 2009 inclusive, including:

Mounting of the Exhibition "Property Worldwide": 19, 20, April 21, 2009
Arrival of participants: 21, April 22, 2009
Hours of the arrival and installation: from "08:00" to "20:00" hours.
Period of “Property Worldwide” Exhibition: from April 22 to April 26, 2009 inclusive.
Opening Hours of "Property Worldwide" Exhibition:
a) "22" April 2009 from 10:00 to 18:00
b) "23"April 2009 from 10:00 to 18:00
c) "24" April 2009 from 10:00 to 18:00
d) "25" April 2009 from 10:00 to 18:00
e) "26" April 2009 from 10:00 to 17:00

Dismantling of the Exhibition: from April 26 to April 27, 2009 inclusive
Dismantling hours of the Exhibition:
a) "26" in April 2009 from 17:00 to 20:00
b) "27" in April 2009 from 08:00 to 20:00

4. The official opening of "Property Worldwide" Exhibition will be held on April "22" 2009 at "12:00" pm

5. Entry to the Exhibition area at the time of the "Property Worldwide" Exhibition is by identification cards.

6. Entrance to the exhibition area by visitors carried out in opening hours of "Property Worldwide" Exhibition:

7. Directorate of the Exhibition provide the Exhibitor with unequipped or equipped exhibition space (the minimum space - 12 square metres), conducts electricity connections, provides for rent furniture and supplies necessary to equip Exhibitor booth, hires specialists and assistance for the stand, the promotion activities, publish official exhibition catalogue.

8. An organization that wants to participate in the exhibition "Property Worldwide", sends up to April 10, 2009 to the Directorate of the completed, signed by the head of the organization or person authorized to conduct all calculations show, and stamped the official application form for participation in the exhibition .

9. Applications received after the deadline will be accepted and considered in case of available exhibition space.

10. After receiving the application Directorate has the right to reduce the requested amount of exhibition area, or refuse to accept the application.

11. Management reserves the right at registration of participation in the exhibition: after March 10, 2009, all prices increase by 10% of the fixed rate, after April 10, 2009 - by 20%.

12. Upon receipt of the application form for participation in the exhibition, structured in accordance with established procedure, Directorate registers it, stamps, puts a number and sends to the Exhibitor.

13. From the date of registration of the Exhibitor application form for participation in the exhibition Directorate on the one hand, and Exhibitor, on the other hand, are considered to come into contractual relations, unless otherwise provided for by both parties in writing (or other legal documents issued by Directorate of the conduct "Property Worldwide" Exhibition).

14. Exhibition space is given to the Exhibitor for the period of erection and dismantling of the exhibition only after payment of bills issued by the Directorate of the Exhibition.

15. Places of the stands are determined depending on the time-come, the exhibitors and the availability of spaces. Priority in the provision of exhibition space is determined by its size and the date of payment.

16. Companies that have rendered financial and technical assistance in the preparation of the exhibition have advantage in determining the location of stand.

17. In the interest of the exhibition, in exceptional cases Directorate reserves the right to change the scheme or the location of any particular stand.

18. Exhibitor can only use the rented space in accordance with the objectives and themes of the exhibition and should not hinder their activities, equipment, sound, light and other equipment at its disposal by neighboring states parties and exhibition as a whole.

19. The rent of 1 square meter area 420 EURO includes the provision of land to build an independent, the cost of general lighting; overall cost of guarding of the exhibition grounds; value of cleaning passages between the stands in the pavilions (cleaning booth by Exhibitor); cost of debris removal, Packing and construction waste from special places during the erection and dismantling of the exhibition; General promotion carried out by Exhibition Directorate.

20. Exhibitor should exercise their own booth at the construction area. In this case bound for 2 (two) months before the due date for installation works:

Agree with the Directorate of the size of exhibition space, location, appearance and plan his stand.
Accredited company and agree on all technical and organizational issues with the International Exhibition Centre "Crocus Expo".
Present at the exhibition Direction signed by an authorized person and stamped Direction International Exhibition Centre "Crocus Expo" permission for construction work.

21. With self-assembling building stand should be finished on April 21, 2009.

Stand of 31 m to 56 m ²: under a separate agreement

23. The rent of 1 square meter of equipped area 490 EURO also includes the cost of general lighting, the overall safety of the exhibition grounds, cleaning of passages between the stands in the pavilions (Vintage stands made for the expense, if you wish, you may order additional cleaning services stand at the moment Exhibitions holding), debris removal, packing and construction waste from special places during the erection and dismantling of the exhibition, services of personnel (administrators, patrolled by electricians, plumbers), the overall promotion carried out by Exhibition Directorate.

Additional equipment is provided at the prices indicated in the price list.

24. Exhibition Directorate has the right to provide a discount in the provision of exhibition space in the amount of:

5% - in the provision of 42 square metres to 63 metres ² ²;
12% - in the provision of 64 square metres to 80 metres ² ²;
15% - in the provision of 81 square metres to 99 metres ² ²;
22% - in the provision of 100 square metres ² and more.

25. All temporary constructions and stands within the boundaries set aside for the exhibition area

26. Exhibitor space provided can not be surrendered to them subletting

27. The Exhibitor shall finish stand for the opening of the exhibition and not to remove them before its closing.

28. By the official opening of the exhibition catalog is published, the brief information about the Exhibitor. If the Exhibitor wishes for his account in the Official exhibition catalogue can be placed advertising firms and logo. Number of characters for text descriptions - from 400 to 500 (including spaces). Send Exhibitor information must be certified to be signed (with decryption) unauthorized persons, and the seal of the company. Only after that the Directorate of required stamp is entitled "Agreed" specifying the date of harmonization and sends the information in production. In the event of a change in the previously received information, Exhibitor is obliged to send an application for re-alignment.

The information in the official catalogue is sent in two types:
1) A certified seal and signature by fax, for its concurrence.
2) E-mail:
The text - in a format Microsoft Word;
Logos - in curves (the format of AI, EPS, PDF, CDR);
Photographs - preferably in CMYK-palette, 300dpi.

Technical requirements for models for advertisements:
The format -. Pdf,. Ai,. Eps;
Size (document format) - A4 (297mm X 210mm). Speaking under bleed - to 5 mm on each side for the format of the document;
All relevant details (address, phone number, other texts) - a distance of not less than 5 mm from the border document;
Color model - CMYK;
All raster illustrations - in. Tiff with a resolution of 300 dpi, in color model CMYK,
All texts must be translated into curves;
The module should not contain color defined as spot colors;
Thin multicolored elements must be at least 0,5 pt;

29. The information in the official catalogue of the activities of the Exhibitor must be presented to the Directorate before March 20, 2009 in hard copy in English and Russian.

30. In the absence of the above information in full, on time, Directorate places in the Official Catalogue only the name of the organization.

31. At the request of Directorate of Exhibitor can translate the Russian version of information about the activities of the Exhibitor into English. The cost of translation - 100 EURO.

32. Directorate has no responsibility for errors or omissions in the original submitted to the Exhibitor for publication in the Official Directory.

33. Exhibitor has the right to receive one copy of the Official exhibition catalogue free. Additional copies are paid. The exhibition catalogue, diploma participant (arranged in the frame), as well as a programme of activities Exhibitor right at the Exhibition. Issuance of passes (badges) made in accordance with the ordered stands: 12 m ² - 3 badges, 13-18 m ² - 4 badges, 19-30 m ² - 6 badges, from 31 m ² - 10 badges.

34. Payment for participation in the exhibition is produced by Exhibitor and in strict accordance with details on the invoices made out by the Exhibition Directorate. Payment is made in the following order:

a) 30% of the cost of exhibition space ordered, Exhibitor translates within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of billing by Exhibition Directorate.

b) 20% of the cost of exhibition space ordered, Exhibitor is obliged to pay no later than 6 months before the exhibition.

c) 50% of the cost of exhibition space ordered, Exhibitor is obliged to pay no later than 40 days before the start of the exhibition.

35. The money mentioned in paragraph 34 and, to a current account Direction of the exhibition is a reason for reserving exhibition space for the Exhibitor.

36. Along with remitting money the Exhibitor sends a copy of the payment instrument in the Directorate of reports and number of the payment instrument of his bank, date and amount of payment.

37. In case of violations of the terms of payment accounts and uncollected money, Directorate reserves the right to cancel the registration confirmation of the organization as an exhibitor, to cancel his contract unilaterally, informing Exhibitor to refuse the participation, and apply penalties in the amount of 100% of the cost of exhibition space, ordered.

38. All payments can be carried out in euro, dollars and rubles at the rate of CBR on the date of payment.

39. Payment for additional services provided during the exhibition, is indisputable Exhibitor in order during the five (5) banking days from receipt of an invoice from the Departments of exhibitions

40. Buildings Exhibition space is implementing developer General Exhibition Center - OOO "BuildExpo City".

41. Directorate of in any case not accept any responsibility:

— for loss and damage to the exhibits and other assets belonging to the Exhibitor, his agent or people working at the exhibition or invited them, as well as for any losses suffered due to fire, explosion, swirl, floods, lightning and other dangers;
— for damage caused by Exhibitor and his employees, agents and other people working at the exhibition or visiting them, regardless of how the harm was done.

42. Exhibitor bears legal responsibility arising from this Treaty, including responsibility for compliance with the rules and fire safety at the exhibition, public order.

43. Exhibitor reimburse the Directorate of losses in the event of damage to his rented exhibition and storage space, benches, electricity, running water, sewage and other property owned by International Exhibition Centre "Crocus Expo" and the general developer Ltd. "BildEkspo City", as well as all losses that may suffer Directorate of the fault Exhibitor.

44. Allowed all kinds of promotional activities, but only within the leased space, both in respect of the Exhibitor, and goods and services produced and sold Exhibitor, in strict accordance with the theme of the exhibition.

45. Advertising on the territory of the Center using technical and other means (audio, video, optoelectronic and other systems) as well as the organization of representations and show programs is possible only after agreement with the Directorate of the event, and obtain his written permission. Similar consent is required when installing other equipment, can produce an optical or acoustic promotion effect.

46. Exhibitor informs Exhibition Direction of promotion activities, he is going to carry out at his stand.

47. Directorate of taking orders from Exhibitors to hold for promotion (events), and also the implementation of advertising and printing services nature.

48. All kinds of photo, video and film shooting during the exhibition carried out by persons and organizations only if they have written permission Direction exhibition. The relevant authority should be obtained for taking pictures at a time when the exhibition is closed to visitors, the passage of any other persons or film crews to the exhibition grounds is not allowed.

49. Management reserves the right to conduct all kinds of shooting at the exhibition and the use of captured materials to advertise his exhibition activities in the media.

50. Directorate of the Exhibitor services and holding press conferences, presentations, cocktail parties, press meetings, briefings etc.

51. Orders for renting space for promotional activities (press conferences, presentations, etc.) are accepted before March 1, 2009 After the deadline Management reserves the right to increase all prices by 25%. Orders received after the beginning of the exhibition, executed at negotiated rates.

52. In the case of non-participation in the exhibition after receiving Applications Directorate exhibition - the contract of Exhibitor (date of posting, the confirmation by either the date and time of transfer of confirmation by fax), he shall pay the penalty in the following sizes:

— When reporting a refusal to participate no later than 2 months before the date fixed for the start of assembly work - 30% of the value of participation.
— When communicating on non-participation of less than 2 months before the date fixed for the start of assembly work - 50% of the value of participation.
— With the refusal to participate in less than a month before the due date for the start of assembly work - 100% of the value of participation.

53. In the case of "interpretation" denial / refusal by telephone Exhibitor from participating in the exhibition, of the denial Directorate exhibition is arranged in the form of a unilateral act / telefonogrammy, which are the basis for billing Directorate of Exhibitor to pay penalties in the amount, according to dates specified in paragraph 10.1. of current Treaty

54. All received from Exhibitor amount of money to be offset against a payment of penalties. In the case of payment expense in an amount exceeding the amount of penalties, previously transferred the money returned Directorate of Exhibitor minus the amounts assessed penalties.

55. In the case of non Exhibitor accounts exposed Directorate for participating in the exhibition stand construction and services ordered before April 10, 2009, Board of Directors reserves the right to Exhibitor account for payment of penalties at the rate of 1.0% of the amount of debt for each day of delay.

56. In the case of non-observance of this Treaty, Directorate of unilaterally has the right to cancel his contract with the Exhibitor, informs the Exhibitor in writing, with the moneys transferred Exhibitor held, and all accounts in excess of the amount transferred the money to pay for services, paid last in due course.

57. The parties are exempt from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under the Treaty, if it was a consequence of force majeure, namely: fire, flood, earthquake, accident, transportation, military action, the relevant decisions taken by public authorities and management of the Russian Federation, if these circumstances directly affected the performance of contractual obligations.

58. The Party for which the circumstances of force majeure, as a consequence prove unable to fulfil obligations under the Treaty shall immediately, no later than ten (10) days of their offensive, in writing, notify the other party.

59. Deadline obligations under the Treaty when the circumstances referred to in paragraph 12.1 Treaty extended for a time during which the latter will act.

60. If the circumstances specified in the Treaty Clause 58, will last more than 1 month, each Party is entitled to terminate the contract in full or in part. In doing so, none of the parties has no right to claim reimbursement from the other Parties possible losses, except for payment performed under the Treaty obligations.

61. Management reserves the right to reschedule the exhibition and move it to another place, in the event of the above circumstances.

62. Any kind of disputes and differences that may arise between the Directorate of Exhibitor and if they are not settled by negotiation, be settled in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.

63. With different interpretations of this Treaty text, issued in a foreign language, the basis of a Russian text.

64. Delivery to stand on its own exhibits being Exhibitor. Exhibitor submits to the Directorate of the letter in five copies in the import and export of products and equipment to the exhibition.

65. Clarifying the terms of this Agreement is possible on a bilateral basis.
