1. REGISTRARION FEE
Registration fee - 350 €
Registration fee for participation at the exhibition «Property Worldwide - 2009» does not depend on the rental area and includes:
- Publishing of the information about the company in the official catalog of the exhibition participants and on the web portal.
- Badges
- Invitation Tickets
- cost of the exhibition territory security
- cost of the outdoor advertising at the Crocus-Expo
- oficial participants certificate
2. RENTAL OF STANDART STAND
Minimum standard stand - 4 м2
Unequipped stand - 320 €/м2
The cost of unequipped area includes the cost of renting space for a booth of a company participating in the exhibition, the connection of electricity, the cost of general lighting, the cost of cleaning passageways between the stands in pavilions; cost of garbage collection, packaging and construction waste from special places in the assembly and disassembly exhibition part of the, overall cost of advertising at the exhibition.
Standard Equipped Stand (construction Advantec, red on the plan) - 380 €/м2
Standard equipped stand includes the cost of unequipped stand, plus a standard booth construction using technology ADVANTEC (Booth collected from ADVANTEC, has a respectable appearance, and not inferior in quality exclusive stand). The list of standard equipment for the stand depending on the footage you can find on the site in the relevant selection.
Standard Equipped Stand (construction Mero, yellow on the plan) - 350 €/м2
Standard equipped stand includes the cost of unequipped stand, plus a standard booth construction using technology MERO. The list of standard equipment for the stand depending on the footage you can find on the site in the relevant selection.
*Extra Charges on the stands
- The corner booth (two open sides) - extra charge is made for an amount of 10% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth
- «Peninsula» stand three open sides) extra charge is made for an amount of 15% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth
- «Island» stand (all sides open) extra charge is made for the sum of 15% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth
3. RENTAL OF BUDGET STANDS
The minimum area of the budget stand is 2 м2
Budget stand - 1000 €
Budget booth includes: walls, framing board with the name of your company, Lighting (1 lamp), power (1 outlet), 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 basket. Stands can be used as a standard workstation or as negotiation places to talk with interested visitors.
4. ABSENTEE PARTICIPATION
Option №1 - 500 €
Includes publishing information in the catalogue of participants, accreditation of two promoters.
Option №2 - 1000 €
Includes option number 1, plus the information desk.
Option №3 - 1800 €
Includes option number 2 plus the plasma panel.
*Notes
- Absentee participation does not allow your work at the table with visitors of the exhibition, however, suggests the possibility of visiting the exhibition.
- Promotional printing materials must be received 10 days prior to the exhibition
