2. To participate in the exhibition exhibitor must reaffirm its decision in writing, filling out and submitting to April 3, 2010 in the Directorate of the Registration form, stamped and signed by an authorized person. Upon receipt of the Registration forms for participation in the exhibition, structured in accordance with established procedure, Directorate registers it, stamps, and sends to the participant.

A certified application on both sides is the acceptance by public contract.

3. The minimum area of a standard stand - 4 m², of a budget stand - 2 m²

4. Registration fee

Registration fee for participation at the exhibition «Property Worldwide - 2010» does not depend on the rental area and costs 350 €.

5. Participation fees (price per m²):

320 € - unequipped space
380 € - equipped space (technology Advantec, red color on the plan)
350 € - equipped space (technology Mero, yellow color on the plan)

6. Price markups

A) The corner booth (two open sides) - extra charge is made for an amount of 10% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth
B) «Peninsula» stand three open sides) extra charge is made for an amount of 15% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth
C) «Island» stand (all sides open) extra charge is made for the sum of 20% plus to the price of unequipped area of the selected booth

7. Absentee participation

Three types of absentee participation are allowed in the "Property Worldwide" exhibition:

A) publishing information in the catalogue of participants, accreditation of two promoters - 500 €

B) includes option number 1, plus the information desk - 1000 €

C) includes option number 2 plus the plasma panel - 1800 €

8. Payment for participation in the exhibition is produced by Exhibitor and in strict accordance with details on the invoices issued by the Directorate of the exhibition.

Payment is made in the following order:
A) 30% of the cost of exhibition space ordered Exhibitor translates within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of billing Directorate exhibition.
B) 20% of the cost of exhibition space ordered Exhibitor is obliged to pay no later than 6 months before the exhibition.
C) 50% of the cost of exhibition space ordered Exhibitor is obliged to pay no later than 40 days before the start of the exhibition.

9. The payment of costs mentioned in paragraph 8a to a current account of the exhibition Direction is a reason for reserving exhibition space for the Exhibitor.

10. Participant can order equipped area. Unequipped space is provided for the construction of individual stand by the company or company party organizer of the exhibition. Participant can complement engineered equipment and services area, according to the current price list: Additional equipment and additional services by filling in an application for additional equipment and services.

The application is sealed and signed by authorized persons from the party and the Organizing Committee. Participant is required to submit an application for the building and location of equipment on the stand, to assure the seal and signature. The application for additional equipment and services and application for the location of equipment on the bench should be sent to the Directorate no later than April 01, 2010.

In other case the Direction will build the exhibitors stand according to the standard construction scheme.

11. For the import and export of equipment and exhibits exhibitors must complete application for import and export of exhibits. With self-assembling building stand should be finished on April 8, 2010. The export of equipment should be finished by the 20:00 of April 11, 2010,

12. Official catalog is published at the opening of the exhibition with brief information about the participant.Information on the activities of the Participant must be submitted to the Organizing Committee of the exhibition before April 1, 2010 in Russian, in the standard form that can be filled and downloaded on the official site. In case no income above information in a timely Organizing Committee puts in the Official exhibition catalogue only the name of the organization. At the request of Exhibitor Directorate can translate the English version of information about the activities of the Exhibitor into Russian. The cost of translation - 100 EURO.

13. Passes (badges) and invitation tickets are issued in accordance with the ordered stands on the exhibitors arrival day: under 12 M2 - 3 badges, 10 invitations; 13-18 M2 - 4 badges, 15 invitations; 19-30 M2 - 6 badges, 20 invitations, from 31 M2 - 10 badges, 30 invitations. Each exibitor gets an exhibition catalogue.

14. In the case of non-participation in the exhibition after the Organizing Committee of applications - the contract (the date of posting, confirmation Party, or the date and time of transfer of confirmation by fax), Participant pays a penalty in the following sizes:

A) When reporting a refusal to participate no later than 2 months before the date fixed for the start of assembly work - 30% of the value of participation.

B) When communicating on non-participation of less than 2 months before the date fixed for the start of assembly work - 50% of the value of participation.

C) The refusal to participate in less than a month before the due date for the start of assembly work - 100% of the value of participation.

15. All contributions from Member amount to be offset against a payment of penalties. In the case of a Party to pay bills in an amount exceeding the amount of penalties, previously transferred the money returned Directorate participant, minus the amounts assessed penalties. In the case of non Exhibitor accounts exposed Directorate for participating in the exhibition stand construction and services ordered before April 5, 2010, Board of Directors reserves the right to Exhibitor account for payment of penalties at the rate of 1.0% of the amount of debt for each day of delay.

16. All payments for participation and advertising should reach to the current account of the Organizing Committee no later than April 5, 2010.

17. Companies that have rendered financial and technical assistance in the preparation of the exhibition have advantage in determining the location of stand.
