From April 24 to April 27, 2008 within the bounds of the International Forum "Property Worldwide" there would be two special exhibitions: "Real estate abroad" and "Real estate in Russia".
A combination of these relatively no identical subjects is logic dictated by the real estate market.
Real estate, as, indeed, a unique indicator of wealth and prosperity of nations, has become an essential object of world trade. The turnover of the market is enormous, and if we take into account all related and dependent industries, the environment of global market directly affects the growth of the world economy.
Currently, the real estate market is going through a phase of globalization, and Russia has engaged in the process. The process, we are striving to make as open and civilized as possible.
Forum participants and visitors will be able to objectively evaluate their opportunities and needs. The presence of market player, both directly and indirectly related to real estate, from Russia and foreign countries will establish an investment dialogue not only among the Russian and foreign markets, but also within markets.
