When ordering equipped booth with additional equipment or without it, a participant must complete an application-scheme. If you cannot open a file or experiencing difficulties with the work of this application, contact the technical department administration of the exhibition by phone: +7 (495) 154-54-14, +7 (495) 225 23 84, +7 (495) 741 45 56
If in the application-scheme you specify additional equipment and components, please complete the relevant application for additional equipment. In the absence of applications until March 22, 2009, booth will constructed according to the list of standard equipment.
In order to post information on the frame board, a participant must fill out a form.
All applications to be signed by the head of the organization, sealed and sent by fax +7 (495) 797-49-83 or sent via e-mail: vitally@vindexexpo.com. According to these applications you'll be billed, due for payment within 10 days.
Technology "Advantech" allows you to make an artistic stand, according to your desire. Full colour film lining of wall panels, stained-glass windows, mirrors, podiums, colored lights, curly hang over the stand - here is not an exhaustive list of ways to decorate your booth and diversify stylistic component of the exposition. If you listed unequipped booth in the Registration form, we ask you to agree on the construction project of your individual stand and announce the name of the organization which will carry out construction work in the exhibition area.
The company-developer must go through the accreditation of the BuildExpoCity (General exhibition developer), providing all necessary technical information and project stand before the start of the exhibition mounting or during the installation, if conditions permit to build a stand before the start of the exhibition.
